Ana Bekoach

'Ana BeKoach(אנא בכח)' is a powerful liturgical poem used in Jewish prayers, particularly in Kabbalistic traditions. Composed by the Kabbalist Rabbi Nehunia Ben HaKana in the first century, it is often recited during the morning prayer service and at other times for spiritual elevation and protection. The poem consists of seven verses, each with six words, creating a 42-letter acrostic. This 42-letter name is considered one of the holiest and most potent combinations in Kabbalah.
